Come and let us tell you all about your neighborhood...
Le Parc Ducup:
Parc Ducup takes its name from a large estate of vineyards, wheat fields, olive groves and mulberry trees that once belonged to the Ducup de Saint-Paul family. Its magnificent château, the result of Charles Ducup's alliance with Camille Bardou-Job, is now the seat of the bishopric of Perpignan-Elne, and is at the center of an upscale neighborhood of opulent architect-designed homes.
