To mark the 110ᵉ anniversary of the Great War armistice, Galerie La Main De Fer is organizing a commemorative exhibition exploring this historic subject through the prism of contemporary art.

Alain FABREAL, Émilie DUMAS and Thomas WAROQUIER present singular works rooted in history and symbolism.

By bearing explicit witness to the fateful fate of these soldiers, and transfiguring horror into an aesthetic dimension, painting and sculpture become the mediums of memory.
