Every Saturday at 11:00 a.m. and on special occasions, the carillonneurs perform classical works, both sacred and secular, as well as traditional tunes.

Carillon concerts at Perpignan's Cathedral Saint-Jean-Baptiste are unique musical events in a majestic, historic setting. They feature an expert carillonneur playing harmonious melodies on the bells, offering a special cultural experience for locals and visitors alike.

Recommended listening venue: Parvis de l'église Saint-Jean-le-Vieux.

- Sunday, May 19, 2024, from 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., concert with interleaved bell volleys to announce Pentecost Day mass.
- Thursday, August 15, 2024, from 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., concert with interleaved bell volleys to announce Assumption Day mass.

The cathedral carilloneurs:

- Elizabeth Vitu. She was appointed carillonneur at Perpignan Cathedral on January 1, 2006. Since 2012, Elizabeth Vitu has taught carillon at the Conservatoire à rayonnement régional Perpignan-Méditerranée.

- Laurent Pie. He was appointed carillonneur of Perpignan Cathedral on July 1, 1996. In addition to his duties as carillonneur, Laurent Pie is President of the Association des Amis du carillon de la cathédrale Saint-Jean-Baptiste.

- Marie-Claude Valaison. A former chief curator of the Musées de France in Perpignan, and always fascinated by the sound of bells, she took the opportunity of the creation of a carillon course at the Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional Montserrat Caballé in Perpignan to learn to play this instrument. She was appointed carillonneure at Perpignan Cathedral on June 23, 2020.
