Victor Malapin, director of a major real estate agency, has 4 days to sell the property of a leading Italian pharmaceutical company.

Why only 4 days...? Because the SNCF unions have called a strike and the new TGV station is just a stone's throw from the house, making it virtually uninhabitable except for a deaf person!
