The Convent of the Minimes is a major venue for the city's exhibitions.
The Minimes, whose order was founded in 1493 by St. Francis of Paola, built this convent in 1575 on part of the former Jewish quarter. They dedicated the church to Notre-Dame-de-la-Victoire, and in 1617 erected a large, relatively well-preserved double-storey brick cloister.
In the 19th century, the church became the site of the Manutention militaire. Since its purchase by the town at the end of the 20th century, the cloister and choir of the former church, divided in two by a floor, have been restored.
Open for exhibitions only.
