Casa Xanxo is one of Perpignan's most beautiful historic residences, revealing 500 years of architecture and decoration since the early 16th century, and now houses the CIAP - Centre d'interprétation de l'architecture et du patrimoine.
An open door on Perpignan, the CIAP deciphers the riches of the city's ancient and contemporary heritage, and provides the keys to understanding its urban, architectural and landscape evolution.
Over 600 m2, some thirty interactive features punctuate the visit: testimonies from historical figures, projections, slide shows, dynamic mapping, models and games, so that everyone, according to age, interest and time spent, can glean information in a fun and varied way.
