Perpignan Tourist Office was successful with the renewal of the "NF Service" brand.
This brand of quality was given to us by AFNOR CERTIFICATION, an independant organization of certification, after having analysed and evaluated our service and organization.
The NF Service brand shows that we have met the requirements set by AFNOR CERTIFICATION in terms of quality of service. NF Service guarantees the performance, the reliability, the rigour and the seriousness of the service that we offer. The NF Service certification is a long-term commitment.

Qualité Tourisme et Qualité Sud De France
The Tourism Office of Perpignan got the Qualité Tourisme brand in July 2006, and the Qualité Sud de France label in March 2010.
Qualité Tourisme™ is a brand that promotes together the quality procedures taken by the tourism professionals whose objective is the quality of service for customer satisfaction.The Qualité Tourisme plan gives the professionals who offer quality services and work everyday for their improvement a new profile. It makes the actors within tourism more aware of the quality and of its characteristics necessary for the durability of their activity. It concerns the lines of businesses at the heart of the tourism industry: accomodation, catering, tourism offices, travel agencies, transport.
To deserve this label, here are the different conditions that we meet:

Charte Sécurité Incendie (Fire Security Charter)

The collaboration between the town council and the different institutions has allowed more than 30 hotel owners to join the charter. They committed themselves to promote a Fire Security procedure and to guarantee to their customers maximum security in their establishments.
The other partners of this charter have also committed themselves on different subjects such as free technical attendant measures of prevention, better promotion of their communication about the quality of the security, and the provision of logistic aides like information and training.
